Our Story

Founded in 2023 by Jon Murray, Managing Partner Wilson Brannock, and Executive Chef Partner Dung “Junior” Vo, a 2024 James Beard Award semifinalist, Noko Hospitality is a Nashville-based hospitality group guided by a simple belief: hospitality should never come at the expense of the people who bring it to life. Grounded in care, connection, and gratitude, the group is building a more sustainable way of working in hospitality, one that fosters stronger teams and more intentional guest experiences.

Its affordable luxury concepts include Noko, an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant, and Kase x Noko, a 14-seat neighborhood omakase priced at $75 per person. Both have been named to  OpenTable’s Top 100 Restaurants list and are among the most sought-after reservations in the country. With additional concepts underway, Noko Hospitality continues its mission to change hospitality for the better, forever.
